Junior Software Developer

K&P Remodeling is a rapidly growing leader in the home remodeling space. If you're a tech person who loves tinkering with different languages and frameworks, carrying solutions from start to finish, making prototypes and love working with python, you might be a good fit for the software development team at KP Remodeling. We design, build and deploy applications and utilities to support out staff in the field and at our main office. Our applications include business analytics and intelligence, messaging platforms, business process automation, business process management among many others. As a junior developer, you'd be empowered to create end to end solutions to help our team in the field. We're looking for people who are either still in college or just out of school. If you've got a handle on OO, Big O, living in a terminal and are looking for your first Software Development role, you should apply and we should talk!

Responsibilities

• Design code

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years in any general purpose programming language
• 1 year python (school projects and classes can count towards this)
• Linux
• Git
• HTML, CSS, JS
• SQL
• Django would be great
• AWS would be fantastic

Qualifications

• Strong data structures and algorithms
• Great written communication skills
• Eager to learn
• Must really love software
